⚠️ Assumption of Risk & Guest Responsibility

All guests must understand that sailing is an outdoor adventure that involves exposure to natural elements such as wind, waves, and open water. By booking a charter with Butterfli Yacht Club, you and your group agree to the following:

• Participation is voluntary, and each guest accepts full responsibility for their own safety and conduct while on board.

• Butterfli Yacht Club, its crew, and operators are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from accidents, water activities, alcohol consumption, reckless behavior, or failure to follow safety instructions.

• Guests who choose to swim or engage in water activities do so entirely at their own risk.

• Life jackets are provided and must be worn upon request or as directed by the captain.

• Children under 12 must wear life jackets at all times while on deck or in open-air areas.

• Smoking and moderate alcohol consumption are permitted in designated outdoor areas. Disorderly behavior, excessive drinking, or unsafe actions may result in early termination of the trip without refund.

🌦️ Weather & Captain’s Authority

• The Captain has full authority over all onboard decisions to ensure the safety of guests and the vessel.

• In the event of unsafe weather conditions prior to departure, a reschedule credit will be issued.

• If weather conditions change during the charter and an early return is necessary, a partial credit may be issued only if more than 1 hour remains in the booking.
